CPSARA aims to provide both sporting and recreational opportunities for people of all ages with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions.

There are many sports, events and levels of competition for you as an athlete to pursue. Participation in sport can be just for fun and fitness but can also be pursued to International and Paralympic level!

WHEN DOES THIS PROGRAM RUN? WHEN: Tuesday 17th July TIMES: 9:00am - 12:00pm LOCATION: Venue to be confirmed COST: $60 per participant & siblings can join for the same Fee WHO: Beginner to intermediate level runners, aged 8-18 years, who ambulate without an aid.

Sports Speed and Agility Program
WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM INVOLVE?
- Correct posture and mechanics to increase speed
- Exercises to improve reaction time
- How to decelerate and accelerate efficiently
- Drills to increase vertical leap
- Multidirectional movement patterns
- Exercises for strength and injury prevention
- Warm up, cool down and stretching routines
