About The Event
CPSARA, in partnership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and the Institute for Musculoskeletal Health at the University of Sydney, is pleased to present an online information session on supporting clients with disabilities to engage in adaptive sport.
This session will cover key topics including sport classification, upcoming ‘Come and Try’ opportunities, and strategies to help clients with disabilities connect with their local adaptive sport communities—promoting improved health, participation, and physical development outcomes.
Building on the success of previous sessions, CPSARA Ambassador and Paralympian Rae Anderson PLY, together with Physiotherapist Kerry West, will once again collaborate to deliver this presentation for the APA community. Their shared goal is to enhance understanding and foster better outcomes for individuals within the adaptive sport community.
