CPSARA aims to provide both sporting and recreational opportunities for people of all ages with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions.
There are many sports, events and levels of competition for you as an athlete to pursue. Participation in sport can be just for fun and fitness but can also be pursued to International and Paralympic level!

ATTENTION ATHLETES! Do you want to be quicker, more agile, explosive and stronger in the sport you play? Come along to CPA Speed Zone these October School Holidays and learn how to take your game to the next level!

WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM INVOLVE?
Correct posture and mechanics to increase speed
Exercises to improve reaction time
How to decelerate and accelerate efficiently
Drills to increase vertical leap
Multidirectional movement patterns
Exercises for strength and injury prevention
Warm up, cool down and stretching routines
RSVP: Friday 28th September to secure your place
NDIS: Use your NDIS funding (social and community
participation) purchase this service or pay privately
COST: $85 per participant & siblings can join for the same
fee.
WHO: Beginner to intermediate level runners, who
ambulant without an aid.
AGE: 8-18
