CPSARA aims to provide both sporting and recreational opportunities for people of all ages with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions.
There are many sports, events and levels of competition for you as an athlete to pursue. Participation in sport can be just for fun and fitness but can also be pursued to International and Paralympic level!
Surfing Come and Try Day with CPSARA and Disabled Surfers Association

We're super excited for this 'Come and Try' Surf and Social day! CPSARA has partnered up with the trained volunteers at Disabled Surfers Association so you can give surfing a go with confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.

About The Event
Cost: $20 Disabled Surfers Association membership which will cover all DSA events for a year. So, if you really enjoy this event - you can go to all of them throughout the year! Family members and carers can come along to watch and support for free.
What to bring: Sunscreen, a hat and beach picnic snacks! DSA Rashie Shirt will be provided however bring something comfortable that you can wear underneath that you don't mind getting wet. Change of clothes for lunch after is recommended.
Stay for lunch: We will have a social lunch after surfing with some optional beach games such as beach soccer. Food can be purchased from the cafe.

RSVP is essential, we want to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to join in. Additionally, members who want to come for beach games and a lunch catch up only after the surfing are encouraged to do so! Please still let us know you are coming so we can let you know where we are!
